​It is easy to become stuck, going through life on autopilot whilst feeling that you want more from your relationships, your career, your downtime, or life in general.  We can get stuck in waiting for our circumstances to change in order to feel happier, with our minds saying stuff like: 
 
 “when I get that promotion/pay rise i will...”,  “when the kids are older things will be easier so we will...”.
 
This can leave the now feeling stressful and unfulfilling.
 
My take is that life doesn't have to be so stressful, and you don't have to wait for your life to start to feel fulfilling, rich and meaningful. All of this starts with getting back in touch with what truly matters to you, your core values. Once you are clear on this you can start taking steps, or leaps even, back into living life the way you want and achieving your aspirations.

Acceptance and Commitment Coaching (the model I draw upon) is modelled directly on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, an approach that focuses on developing clarity on what matters to you and using these values to guide effective change.  A significant body of research has demonstrated the effectiveness of this model, by leading to improvements in:
